            <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>for me pills and jetbrainsmono and borders around everything just screams to me “this was designed by Claude.” </p>
<p>I don’t like the look. I think it looks amateurish. doesn’t look clean. looks slapped together at the last minute by an LLM. Also the corners of my monitor are not round, they’re square. if I was back on a early 00 area Apple Cinema Display it would make sense. hell if I was using any screen from the early 00’s it would make sense. to me pills on everything does not make sense.</p>

            <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I feel like Firefox should give uses a toggle whether they want the rounded aesthetic! Personally, I like it a lot, and it just so happened when I switched from boxy KDE Plasma to Niri + Noctalia (which has more rounded UI as configured with default settings), Firefox updated to the new rounded aesthetic at the same time! What are the odds? A lot of people love their boxier UI bits though, so it kind of sucks that disabling the new UI requires going into about:config</p>
